Blaren op voeten (vooral tenen), soms handen, bij diabetes mellitus. Steriele inhoud, soms hemorrhagisch. Pathogenese onduidelijk (S. Aureus toxinen, druknecrose) DD: infectieus (infectie in de diepte), bulleuze toxicodermie (m.n. diuretica).
