ECZEMA INTERTRIGINOSA

 

R/ sulf. praecip. 5-10% in zinkoxide smeersel FNA. Bij verdenking op Candida kolonisatie:

R/ Loprox (ciclopirox 1%) crème, tube à 30 g, of een andere imidazol crème (zie onder lokale antimycotica). wordt volledig vergoed

    Eventueel na een half uur gevolgd door sulphur praecipitatum 5% in zinkoxidesmeersel.

R/ corticosteroïden: cremor HCA 1% of cremor TAC 0.1% FNA.

R/ Locacorten-Vioform pasta of clioquinol 3% in pasta zinci oxidi.

R/ pasta picis lithanthracis 5% (koolteerpasta FNA)

R/ Fucidin crème, zalf of gazen
