HYPOHIDROSIS EN ANHIDROSIS home ICD10: L74.4

Hypohidrosis betekent te weinig zweetproductie. Anhidrosis betekent geen zweetproductie.

Hypohidrosis komt voor bij endocrinopathieën (Addison, myxoedeem, cachexie, diabetes insipidus), nierinsufficiëntie, dehydratie, neurologische afwijkingen (Adie's syndroom, Horner's syndroom, MS, ruggemergbeschadiging, polyneuritis door alcohol, diabetes, lepra, etc.), ichthyosis, t.g.v. geneesmiddelen (quinacrine, nu niet meer beschikbaar), en t.g.v. beschadiging v.d. zweetklieren door inflammatoire dermatosen (psoriasis, PRP, pemphigus, erythrodermie, atopisch eczeem, mycosen, miliaria, porokeratose). Hypohidrosis komt ook familiair voor, zonder andere bijzondere afwijkingen, en het komt voor als onderdeel van zeldzame erfelijke syndromen, zoals autosomaal recessieve hypohidrotische ectodermale dysplasie.

Anhidrosis komt voor bij sommige zeldzame genetische syndromen zoals anhidrosis hypotrichotica (anhidrosis hypotrichotica polydysplastica Siemens, Christ-Siemens-Touraine-Syndroom, x-linked anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia), en andere erfelijke syndromen.

- hypoplastic enamel-onycholysis-hypohidrosis syndrome
- amelo-onycho-hypohidrotic syndrome
- anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia with immune deficiency
- hypohidrosis with neurolabyrinthitis
- alopecia, onychodysplasia, hypohidrosis, deafness ectodermal dysplasia
- hypohidrosis-diabetes insipidus syndroom
- ANOTHER syndroom (alopecia, nail dystrophy, ophthalmic complications,
  thyroid dysfunction, hypohidrosis, ephelides, enteropathy and
  respiratory tract infections)
