I.L.V.E.N. (inflammatoire lineaire verruceuze epidermale naevus)

Persisterende jeukende lineaire erythemato-papulo-squameuze of hyperkeratotische psoriatiforme lesies, soms met tekenen van ontsteking. DD: naevus verrucosus unius lateris, psoriasis. Therapie: excisie, diepe dermabrasie, tangentiële excisie. Soms (bij epidermolytische acantholyse) helpt tretinoïne creme.
