CIRCUMSCRIBED PALMOPLANTAR HYPOKERATOSIS
Scherp begrensde palmaire of plantaire hypokeratose, voorkeur voor thenar/hypothenar. Histologisch dunner stratum granulosum en een uitgesproken dunne hoornlaag ter plaatse, abrupte overgang naar normale huid, en het ontbreken van cornoid lamella (dd porokeratosis actinica). Zeldzame, recent beschreven entiteit. Komt vooral voor vanaf middelbare leeftijd.
