Ook geschikt voor de hoofdhuid zijn:

R/ lotion paraffine capitis.  

Producten voor het losweken van schilfers op de hoofdhuid:

R/ cetomacrogolsmeersel (linimentum cetomacrogolis)

R/ lanettesmeersel (linimentum lanette)

R/ axungia (adeps suillus, reuzel, varkensvet).

R/ LCD 10% salicylzuur 10% in axungia.  

R/ HCA 1%, propyleenglycol 10%, salicylzuur 5-10%, ung cetomacrogolis 50%, aqua ad 100 ml.

Corticosteroïden voor het behaarde hoofd:

R/ Dermovate scalplotion.

R/ Clarelux schuim.

Teerpreparaten voor het behaarde hoofd:

R/ LCD 20% lotion paraffine capitis.  

Combinatiepreparaten voor het behaarde hoofd

R/ desoxymetason 0.25% salicylzuur 3% lotion.  

R/ desoxymetason 0.25% salicylzuur 5% lotion.  

R/ desoxymetason 0.25% salicylzuur 10% lotion.

R/ Miconazol 2% in Locoid scalp lotion of in Locoid Crelo.

Vetten om de schilfering los te weken:

R/ 25% cetiol V in basis pro cetomacrogolzalf FNA of in cetomacrogolzalf FNA.

R/ 25% cetiol V in basis pro ung lanette FNA of in ung lanette FNA.

R/ unguentum lanette FNA (vet) of de basis pro ung lanette FNA

R/ axungia (adeps suillus, reuzel, varkensvet). Het nadeel van axungia is dat het niet lekker ruikt, snel ranzig wordt en minder goed uitwasbaar is.

Salicylzuur:

R/ salicylzuur 5% in 75% (basis pro) lanettezalf FNA + 25% cetiol V 

R/ salicylzuur 5 of 10% in axungia.

Combinaties van corticosteroïden en salicylzuur:

R/ triamcinolonsalicylzuursmeersel LNA (salicylzuur 5% + triamcinolonacetonide 0.1% in lanettesmeersel FNA).

R/ salicylzuur 5% of 10% + triamcinolonacetonide 0.1% in 75% (basis voor) lanettezalf FNA + 25% cetiol V.

R/ salicylzuur 5% of 10% + triamcinolonacetonide 0.1% in lanettesmeersel.

R/ salicylzuur 5% in Topicorte lotion (zie tabel salicylzuur toevoegen aan steroïden).

Combinaties van corticosteroïden en salicylzuur, teer, zwavel:

R/ zwavel 5% in Topicorte® huidemulsie.

R/ ureum 5%, LCD 5% in Topicorte emulsie.

Alternatieve middelen die mogelijk effectief zijn:

R/ tea tree olie (puur of 5% in shampoo)

Therapie seborroïsch eczeem gelaat en romp

De shampoos met zinkpyrithon of ketoconazol kunnen eventueel ook in de baardstreek of borst en rug worden gebruikt (niet in de oksels). Nadeel is dat de basis kan irriteren.

R/ Nizoral (ketoconazol) 2% crème, 2 dd, minimaal 2 weken, zonodig daarbij ook Nizoral hoofdgel geven.

R/ Loprox (ciclopirox) crème, Myk (sulconazol) crème of lotion.

R/ corticosteroïden klasse I of II (hydrocortison 1% crème FNA, triamcinolon 0.1% crème FNA). In ernstige gevallen sterkere steroïden. Over het algemeen terughoudend voorschrijven, voor een korte periode, i.v.m. rebound effecten, afhankelijkheid, en bijwerkingen (atrofie).

R/ Elidel (pimecrolimus) crème of Protopic (tacrolimus) zalf.

Combinaties van klasse I of II corticosteroïden en ketoconazol

R/ hydrocortison 1% in ketoconazolcrème of Daktacort (miconazol 2% in hydrocortison 1% crème).

R/ triamcinolon 0.1% in ketoconazolcrème.

Preparaten met zwavel

R/ zwavel 5% in hydrocortisonzalf FNA of triamcinolonzalf FNA (zie tabel zwavel toevoegen aan steroïden).

Preparaten met teer

R/ LCD 10% in lanettezalf FNA.

R/ LCD 10% + salicylzuur 10% in lanettezalf.

R/ LCD 10% + triamcinolon 0.1% in vaselinelanettecrème FNA.

R/ LCD 5%, hydrocortison 1 % in lanettezalf FNA.

R/ LCD 5 of 10%, zwavel 5% in lanettecrème I FNA of in eucerine cum aqua.

R/ LCD 5%, zwavel 5%, hydrocortison 1% in lanettecrème I FNA.

R/ LCD 10%, salicylzuur 5%, in eucerine cum aqua.

R/ LCD 10%, salicylzuur 5%, zwavel 5%, triamcinolon 0.1%, cremor lanette II ad 60 g.
