GENEESMIDDELENREACTIES (DERMATITIS MEDICAMENTOSA): CALCIUM ANTAGONISTEN home ICD10: L27.0

Bij gebruik van calcium antagonisten zoals Tildiem (diltiazem) en Isoptin (verapamil) zijn verschillen huidreacties (geneesmiddelenreacties, toxicodermie) beschreven.

Indicaties calcium antagonisten:
hypertensie, angina pectoris, hart ritme stoornissen

Gebruik in de dermatologie
Raynaud fenomeen, perniosis, fissura ani (Diltiazemhydrochloride Vaselinecrème FNA), post-herpetische neuralgie, erythromelalgia, calcinosis cutis, keloid.

Huidreacties die kunnen voorkomen:
Flushing, enkeloedeem, gingiva hyperplasie, teleangiëctasieën gelaat, fotosensitiviteit, psoriatiforme erupties en uitlokking van psoriasis, AGEP, erythema multiforme, Stevens Johnson syndroom / TEN, subacute cutane LE (SCLE), pemphigus en bulleus pemphigoid, pruritus, urticaria, angiooedeem, periorbitaal oedeem, urticariele vasculitis, vasculitis, ulcera o.b.v. vasculitis, dermatitis nno, maculopapuleus geneesmiddelen exantheem, erytheem, erytrodermie, hyperpigmentatie, petechiën, purpura, nageldystrofie, erythema nodosum, alopecia, fixed drug eruption, hirsutisme, erythromelagie, gynaecomastie, orale ulcera, parotitis.
